What you should expect working with me.

Whether this is your first time hiring a photographer or not, I think it's important you know what you’re getting yourself into and make sure we are a good fit for each other. I want you to have a true experience with all of this.

This is way more than just taking photos

I want to capture the way your love feels.

Your experience with me starts long before you step in front of my lens. I want to get to know you two & your love story. How would you describe your relationship? What are things you like to do together? What do you love most about being with each other? I do this so I can capture the parts of your relationship that are authentically YOU, but also, I truly do want to know! 

I'm not a vendor and you're not my client. We're friends.
I know that sounds cheesy, but I get very invested in my couples because I really do care and
I want to be more than just your photographer.

Let's create something together.

this is a two-way street and we need to trust each other in this. i want you guys to know that i have your best interest in mind. i'm not gonna let you look stupid or awkward or any of the other things you may be worried about so just trust me if i have you do something a little weird or artsy-fartsy. also, I want you to know that you can tell me if something doesn't feel comfortable in a certain position, cause chances are, if you feel awkward, it's gonna show in your facial expressions. Plus, it's super easy adjust how you're sitting or standing and will make a huge difference in the long run.

Just know we just became best friends, and you're totally stuck with me.

My relationship with my couples is the best part of my job.

To me, perfectly posed photographs don't capture a feeling the way that a candid one can. I always say that I "direct my couples," I don't pose. I give an action to do so that makes you to focus on doing that instead of  "what do i do with my hands?"

I want create images that are full of movement and those intimate in-between moments. No awkward prom poses over here, ever. You can expect to walk, run, dance, embrace, play, and laugh. And just FYI - shots of tequila before our session are ALWAYS a yes in my book!
